Jewellers and retailers

One jewellery business. Connected in store and online.

You have trust, products and retail expertise. Your online channel should extend those strengths without creating a second conflicting catalogue. We connect the system behind the consultation, display and order.

WHEN IT FITS

Not platform first. Your business first.

Ideal when customers discover a design online, wish to see it in person or order another size. The goal is continuity between channels, not necessarily putting every product through an online checkout on day one.

  • 01A physical shop, showroom or consulting team.
  • 02Products and variants managed across disconnected files or systems.
  • 03A need for contextual enquiries, reservations or online orders.
  • 04An accountable owner for stock, prices and lead times.

BRAND · COMMERCE · DELIVERY

From brand to delivery. Clear ownership at every step.

A full package means coordinated work, not unlimited services for one price. Solaris Circle can build and connect the complete journey. Product selection, production, stock, order operations and logistics are scoped for each business.

YOUR BUSINESS ROADMAP

How an idea becomes daily operations.

01

Audit real operations

We trace how products are added, priced and confirmed. Each data type gets an authoritative source. We inspect existing stock or point-of-sale software before promising real-time synchronisation.

02

Pilot the catalogue

A representative selection comes before a bulk import. Models and variants get matching photos, certificates and stock or made-to-order status. Missing information and changes follow a controlled review process.

03

Connect the customer journey

Search, filters and product pages explain sizes and lead times. Where appropriate, appointment booking, product enquiries and store collection connect digital discovery to a consultant who receives the selected variant and context.

04

Improve discovery and control

Store information, categories and expert content support local discovery. Campaigns reflect the available range. The team learns order handling and exceptions before the catalogue expands beyond the verified pilot.

YOUR METRICS

Measure the business, not just attention.

01

Catalogue quality

Share of published variants with valid prices, images and stock or a confirmed lead time.

02

Enquiry to sale

Completed sales divided by qualified enquiries, with consistent outcome recording and no double counting.

03

Operational accuracy

Orders without variant corrections, stock-related cancellations and time to confirmation.

04

Channel value

Online and in-store sales assessed alongside service costs, without crediting every sale to the last click.

Working metrics, not promised targets. Baselines, periods, measurement consent and data sources are agreed before launch.

BUILD / OPERATE / GROW

One plan. Clear scope and budget.

Start with one stage or coordinate the complete system. These starting prices apply to individual services, not a total brand creation and operating fee.

Product development, samples, production, inventory, packaging, external subscriptions, ad spend, payments, warehousing and delivery are scoped separately. Scope, tax treatment, rights and responsibilities are confirmed in writing. The 4–8 week timeframe applies to a base store with ready materials and timely decisions, not a complete production cycle.

HAMZARE / DIAMONDTRADE

Experience behind the system, not a promise of someone else’s results.

Hamzare and DiamondTrade are Solaris Circle’s own brands. They demonstrate our work on jewellery presentation, product data and commerce interfaces. They are not influencer client case studies or forecasts for a new brand’s revenue.

FAQ

Important questions before you begin.

01Must we replace our stock software?

Not necessarily. We check exports, API access and system rules first, then choose an integration, scheduled synchronisation or a controlled workflow. A ready-made connector is not assumed without technical review.

02Can we start without online payment for every product?

Yes. Some ranges may suit an enquiry, consultation or availability confirmation. The page must clearly explain the next step, reflecting both the product and operational readiness.

03Will all 4,000,000+ catalogue items appear in our store?

Not necessarily. Solaris Circle exclusively sells and manages its own catalogue worldwide. Your store receives a relevant selection. The total does not imply that every item is immediately in stock; product-level terms require confirmation.
