Designers and new brands

Your creative signature deserves a working business.

A sketch and a prototype are the beginning. Product specifications, pricing, accurate imagery and reliable fulfilment connect them to a satisfied customer. We help preserve the character of your collection while building its commercial structure.

WHEN IT FITS

Not platform first. Your business first.

For independent designers, ateliers and new teams with a clear product idea. A huge catalogue is not required. Approved designs, repeatable quality and a realistic order-level cost model matter more.

  • 01An original concept, prototypes or a commitment to sample development.
  • 02An identity-led collection rather than a generic catalogue.
  • 03A need to connect production, presentation and customer orders.
  • 04Readiness to make decisions about costs, capacity and trading terms.

BRAND · COMMERCE · DELIVERY

From brand to delivery. Clear ownership at every step.

A full package means coordinated work, not unlimited services for one price. Solaris Circle can build and connect the complete journey. Product selection, production, stock, order operations and logistics are scoped for each business.

YOUR BUSINESS ROADMAP

How an idea becomes daily operations.

01

Give the collection a role

We identify signature designs, entry purchases and pieces requiring consultation. Materials, sizes, customisation and production lead times are documented. Product development remains a distinct stage when prototypes are not yet approved.

02

Model costs before production

Each piece gets product, packaging, payment, fulfilment, returns and acquisition assumptions. One-off investment is separate from per-order cost. Stock, small batches or made-to-order production follow your real capacity.

03

Build the digital atelier

Identity and store design reflect your creative signature. Accurate photography shows scale and detail; product pages explain materials, care and timing. Customisation allows only feasible choices and records them unambiguously in the order.

04

Run a controlled first season

Content tells the collection’s story while measurement tracks actual product choices. Lead times, customer questions and return reasons inform the next batch. Early attention is not treated as proof of durable demand.

MARKET CONTEXT · NOT A PROMISE

YOUR METRICS

Measure the business, not just attention.

01

Contribution by design

Revenue excluding applicable taxes compared with all variable costs. A high markup is not automatically high profit.

02

Capacity

Accepted orders against production capacity and promised timing. Track the backlog as well as sales.

03

Sell-through

Units sold divided by units available in a defined period, tracked by design and variant.

04

Quality after launch

Corrections, complaints and returns by reason, feeding recurring issues back into production specifications.

Working metrics, not promised targets. Baselines, periods, measurement consent and data sources are agreed before launch.

BUILD / OPERATE / GROW

One plan. Clear scope and budget.

Start with one stage or coordinate the complete system. These starting prices apply to individual services, not a total brand creation and operating fee.

Product development, samples, production, inventory, packaging, external subscriptions, ad spend, payments, warehousing and delivery are scoped separately. Scope, tax treatment, rights and responsibilities are confirmed in writing. The 4–8 week timeframe applies to a base store with ready materials and timely decisions, not a complete production cycle.

HAMZARE / DIAMONDTRADE

Experience behind the system, not a promise of someone else’s results.

Hamzare and DiamondTrade are Solaris Circle’s own brands. They demonstrate our work on jewellery presentation, product data and commerce interfaces. They are not influencer client case studies or forecasts for a new brand’s revenue.

FAQ

Important questions before you begin.

01Can we use my atelier and suppliers?

Yes. The system can reflect your partners, specifications and capacity. Additional sourcing or technical preparation is scoped separately. Design ownership and usage rights are agreed in writing.

02Is made-to-order production always better?

No. It may reduce finished stock requirements but increases demands on lead times, communication and capacity. Applicable payment, cancellation and personalisation rules should be reviewed with a qualified adviser.

03What does the whole brand-to-delivery project cost?

There is no universal total. Store builds start at €10,000; product development, samples, production, stock, packaging, third-party services and logistics are not automatically included. We scope a separate full-project budget and responsibilities.
